Here's the simple version: neem may lower your blood sugar on its own, and ertugliflozin (Steglatro) already lowers it by flushing extra sugar out through your kidneys. Stack the two together and your numbers could dip lower than you planned. This isn't about neem changing how ertugliflozin is broken down, it's just two things pushing blood sugar in the same direction.

Watch for signs of a low, like shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or feeling confused. Honestly, the evidence here is on the weaker side (mostly lab and small studies), so I wouldn't panic. But if you want to try neem, please loop in your pharmacist or doctor first and keep checking your sugars more closely for a while so you can catch any drops early.
