Here's the simple version: both noni and Aldesleukin (Proleukin) can be tough on the liver in some people. Aldesleukin is a powerful immune-boosting cancer treatment given in the hospital, and one of its known risks is liver irritation, which can show up as elevated liver enzymes on bloodwork. Noni juice has its own rare reports of causing liver trouble. The worry is that stacking two things that stress the liver could raise your odds of liver problems.

To be fair, this concern is theoretical and based only on scattered case reports, not strong studies. Still, since Aldesleukin is serious therapy with real liver effects, I'd play it safe. Please don't start or stop anything on your own. Just tell your oncology team and pharmacist before using noni.

Both uses are specific to Proleukin administered intravenously in a hospital setting.
