Bumetanide, Potassium falls under POTASSIUM-SPARING DIURETICS — the group Noni interacts with.

Theoretically, combing noni and a potassium-sparing diuretic might increase the risk of hyperkalemia.
Noni juice contains significant amounts of potassium, about 6 mEq/100 mL juice. This may increase the risk for hyperkalemia when used in conjunction with potassium-sparing diuretics, which can also increase potassium levels.

Here's the thing to keep an eye on with this combo. Noni juice is surprisingly high in potassium (roughly 6 mEq per 100 mL). Your medication already includes a potassium supplement, and many products in this family also help your body hold onto potassium. Stack noni on top of that and you could end up with too much potassium in your blood, a condition called hyperkalemia.

When potassium climbs too high, it can cause muscle weakness, tingling, an irregular or slow heartbeat, or feeling unusually tired. I'll be honest, this concern is mostly theoretical and based on anecdotal reports, so it's not a guaranteed problem. Still, since both pieces push potassium the same direction, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding regular noni juice or supplements.
