Here's the simple version: both noni and Trilisate can, in rare cases, be tough on your liver. Choline magnesium trisalicylate is a salicylate (in the same family as aspirin), and like other salicylates it occasionally raises liver enzymes, especially at higher doses or with long-term use. Noni juice has its own scattered reports of liver trouble. So the worry is that stacking the two might add up and put a little extra strain on the liver.

To be clear, this concern is theoretical and based on rare, anecdotal cases, not strong proof. Still, watch for warning signs like yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness. Before pairing noni with this medication, check with your pharmacist or doctor, particularly if you already have any liver concerns.
