Here's the gist with noni juice and nadolol. Nadolol already works to bring your blood pressure down and slow your heart rate. Some early research hints that noni juice may lower blood pressure a bit on its own. So the worry is simple math: pile the two together and your pressure could dip a little lower than expected.

If that happened, you might feel lightheaded, dizzy, unusually tired, or a bit faint, especially when standing up quickly. Honestly, this is mostly theoretical and rests on weak, anecdotal evidence, so I wouldn't panic. An occasional splash of noni is unlikely to rock the boat, but daily concentrated supplement amounts deserve a heads-up. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding it, and don't change your nadolol on your own.

What Is Nadolol Used For?

Brand names: Corgard, Nadolol

Nadolol tablets are used for two main conditions: high blood pressure (hypertension) and angina pectoris (ongoing chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart). Lowering high blood pressure reduces the risk of stroke and heart attack.

For high blood pressure, nadolol may be prescribed on its own or combined with other blood pressure medications, especially thiazide-type diuretics (water pills). For angina, it is used for long-term management to help reduce how often chest pain occurs.
