Naproxen, Pseudoephedrine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Panax Notoginseng interacts with.

Theoretically, taking Panax notoginseng might reduce the levels and clinical effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
Animal research shows that administering Panax notoginseng intravenously for 7 days before intraperitoneal injection of caffeine can decrease maximal blood levels of caffeine by 37%. This interaction was attributed to the ability of Panax notoginseng to increase the activity of CYP1A2.

Here's the gist with Aleve Cold and Sinus (naproxen plus pseudoephedrine) and Panax notoginseng. This herb may nudge up the activity of a liver enzyme called CYP1A2, which can help clear certain drugs out of your system a bit faster. In theory, that could slightly lower the levels of medicines that depend on this enzyme, meaning you might get a little less relief from them.

Honestly though, I wouldn't lose sleep over this one. The evidence is only from animal and lab studies (it was tested with caffeine, not your cold medicine), so it's theoretical. Naproxen and pseudoephedrine aren't prodrugs, so there's no flipped effect here. Still, if you take notoginseng regularly, check with your pharmacist, mostly because this herb can also affect bleeding, which already overlaps with naproxen.
