In animal research, intraperitoneal rauwolscine lowered the seizure threshold level of the drug metrazol.

Here's the simple version. This combination product (Hycomine Compound) bundles a few medicines together, and a couple of them, the caffeine stimulant and the chlorpheniramine antihistamine, can each nudge your brain a little closer to a seizure on their own. Rauwolscine is a stimulant that, in animal lab studies, made it easier to trigger a convulsion. So in theory, stacking the two together could slightly raise the risk of a seizure, especially in someone already prone to them.
I want to be honest about the evidence though. This is based on animal research only, not real people, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. Rauwolscine can also pile onto the caffeine to cause a racing heart, jitteriness, and higher blood pressure. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES

Rauwolscine is structurally related to yohimbine. In vitro research shows that yohimbine inhibits CYP2D6 enzyme activity.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
This combo product (Hycomine Compound) contains hydrocodone, an opioid that your body partly turns into a stronger painkiller using an enzyme called CYP2D6. Rauwolscine is chemically a cousin of yohimbine, and in test-tube studies yohimbine appears to slow down CYP2D6. If that holds true in people, it could mean a bit less of hydrocodone's active form, so your pain relief might feel weaker than expected. The other ingredients aren't really affected this way.
Keep in mind this is only a theoretical concern based on lab data, not real-world reports, so it may not amount to much. Still, rauwolscine itself can raise heart rate, blood pressure, and anxiety, which doesn't pair well with the caffeine and phenylephrine already in this product. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

This combo product (Hycomine Compound) already contains two ingredients that rev your system up: caffeine, a stimulant, and phenylephrine, a decongestant that can tighten blood vessels and nudge blood pressure up. Rauwolscine works by boosting your body's own stimulant chemical, norepinephrine. So stacking them together may pile on the same effects, like a faster or pounding heartbeat, a jump in blood pressure, jitteriness, and trouble sleeping.
To be fair, the evidence here is weak and mostly from animal studies, so this is more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. Still, the hydrocodone and chlorpheniramine in this product can also affect how you feel, so if you have any heart issues or anxiety, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing these.

Rauwolscine (alpha-yohimbine) is a stimulant alkaloid closely related to yohimbine that is marketed mainly in fat-burning and pre-workout supplements. Human evidence for its benefits is very limited, and it can raise heart rate and blood pressure and cause anxiety, so it should be used with caution and is not recommended for people with heart conditions, anxiety, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
