Aspirin, Aluminum Hydroxide, Codeine Phosphate, Magnesium Hydroxide falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Rauwolscine interacts with.
In animal research, intraperitoneal rauwolscine lowered the seizure threshold level of the drug metrazol.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
This combination product mostly works through aspirin (pain and inflammation), codeine (an opioid pain reliever), and two antacids that soothe the stomach. The piece that matters for rauwolscine is the codeine. Opioids like codeine can, at higher doses, slightly lower the brain's resistance to seizures. Rauwolscine is a yohimbine-like stimulant that ramps up norepinephrine, and in animal lab work it nudged the seizure threshold down too.
So the theory is that stacking the two could make a seizure marginally more likely, especially if you have epilepsy or another risk factor. Keep in mind this is weak, animal-only evidence, not something proven in people. Still, since rauwolscine can also spike heart rate and anxiety, it is worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES

Rauwolscine is structurally related to yohimbine. In vitro research shows that yohimbine inhibits CYP2D6 enzyme activity.

Here's the wrinkle with this combo product: the part that matters is the codeine. Codeine is a prodrug, meaning it doesn't do much until your body converts it into morphine using an enzyme called CYP2D6. Rauwolscine is chemically close to yohimbine, and in lab (test tube) studies yohimbine slows that same enzyme down.
So in theory, rauwolscine could reduce how much codeine turns into morphine, meaning you might get less pain relief and less cough control. Keep in mind this is only a theoretical, lab-based concern, not something proven in people, so don't panic. Still, if your pain isn't being controlled, mention this mix to your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.

This combination product contains aspirin, which already thins the blood by keeping platelets from clumping together. Rauwolscine, a cousin of yohimbine, may do something similar based on lab studies. So the worry here is simple: stacking the two could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher. In real life that might look like easier bruising, nosebleeds that take longer to stop, or bleeding gums when you brush.
I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. It is theoretical, drawn from test-tube data, not from people. For most folks it likely stays minor, but if you take blood thinners, have an ulcer history, or have surgery coming up, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

Rauwolscine (alpha-yohimbine) is a stimulant alkaloid closely related to yohimbine that is marketed mainly in fat-burning and pre-workout supplements. Human evidence for its benefits is very limited, and it can raise heart rate and blood pressure and cause anxiety, so it should be used with caution and is not recommended for people with heart conditions, anxiety, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
