Here's the thing to know about Ampyra (dalfampridine): one of its known risks is seizures, and that risk goes up the more of the drug is in your system. So we get cautious about pairing it with anything that could nudge the seizure threshold lower. Rauwolscine, the stimulant alkaloid found in some fat-burner and pre-workout products, is one of those things on our radar.

I'll be straight with you, though: this concern comes from animal research where rauwolscine lowered the seizure threshold, not from human studies. So it's more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. Still, since both can stir up the nervous system, it's worth running this combo past your pharmacist or neurologist before adding rauwolscine.
