Dalfampridine falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Dendrobium interacts with.

The dendrobium constituent dendrobine is reported to have convulsant effects. Theoretically, combining dendrobium with pro-convulsant drugs might increase the risk of seizure. Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the thing to know about pairing Dendrobium with Ampyra (dalfampridine). Dalfampridine already carries a known risk of seizures, and that risk goes up with higher levels of the drug in your body. Dendrobium contains a compound called dendrobine that, at least in lab and animal studies, can act as a convulsant, meaning it may make seizures easier to trigger. So the worry is that stacking the two could nudge that seizure risk higher.

I want to be honest about how strong this evidence is: it's theoretical, based on the pharmacology rather than real human reports with this exact combination. Still, since seizures are a serious concern with dalfampridine, I'd play it safe. Please don't change anything on your own.
