Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Phenobarbital falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Dendrobium interacts with.

The dendrobium constituent dendrobine is reported to have convulsant effects. Theoretically, combining dendrobium with pro-convulsant drugs might increase the risk of seizure. Here's the thing to know about pairing Dendrobium with this combination pill. One of the natural chemicals in Dendrobium, called dendrobine, has been reported in lab settings to act as a convulsant, meaning it could make seizures a little easier to trigger. The codeine portion of your medication can also nudge the seizure threshold lower, especially at higher doses. So in theory, taking them together might slightly raise seizure risk.

I want to be honest that this is a theoretical concern based on how these chemicals behave, not real-world reports of it happening in people. There's also an interesting twist: the phenobarbital in your pill is actually an anti-seizure medicine. Still, since the details get complicated, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding Dendrobium rather than deciding on your own.
