Rauwolscine + Danaparoid
Danaparoid brand name: Orgaran.
Rauwolscine has a moderate interaction with Danaparoid. Theoretically, rauwolscine may have antiplatelet effects and may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Danaparoid
Danaparoid falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Rauwolscine interacts with.
Rauwolscine is structurally related to yohimbine. In vitro research shows that yohimbine inhibits platelet aggregation.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Danaparoid (Orgaran) is a blood thinner given by injection to prevent or treat dangerous clots, often in people who can't take heparin. On its own, the main thing to watch for is bleeding, like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or blood in your urine or stool.
Here's the concern with rauwolscine: it's chemically related to yohimbine, and in lab studies yohimbine seems to make platelets a bit less sticky. In theory, that mild blood-thinning effect could stack on top of danaparoid and nudge your bleeding risk a little higher. I want to be honest though, this is theoretical and based on test-tube work, not real patient outcomes. Still, since danaparoid is already a serious anticoagulant, it's worth running this combo past your pharmacist or doctor before adding any rauwolscine supplement.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Danaparoid page
“Danshen, a Chinese herb sold for heart and circulation, is where I would start with danaparoid (Orgaran), an injectable blood thinner used to prevent and treat dangerous clots. Nearly everything here, 202 of the 218 ingredients on file, carries some blood-thinning or antiplatelet activity of its own, and stacking that on top of an anti…”

Rauwolscine (alpha-yohimbine) is a stimulant alkaloid closely related to yohimbine that is marketed mainly in fat-burning and pre-workout supplements.
