Here's the situation with these two. Levamlodipine (Conjupri) is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes your blood vessels to lower blood pressure. Rauwolscine, found in some fat-burner and pre-workout products, may also affect blood vessels and calcium movement in vessel walls. The concern is that the two together could add up and lower your blood pressure or relax vessels a bit more than expected.

I want to be honest with you about the strength of this: it's theoretical, based only on lab and animal data, not real-world human reports. So I wouldn't panic. That said, rauwolscine is a stimulant that can also raise heart rate and blood pressure and trigger anxiety, which works against your blood pressure medicine. If you notice dizziness, lightheadedness, a racing heart, or unusual swelling, check in with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
