Here's the connection to keep in mind. Mezlocillin is an injectable penicillin-type antibiotic, and like other high-dose penicillins it can, in rare cases, irritate the nervous system enough to lower the seizure threshold (the point at which a seizure can start). This shows up mostly with very high doses or in people with kidney problems. Rauwolscine, a stimulant alkaloid in some fat-burner and pre-workout products, has been shown in animal research to also lower the seizure threshold.

Stacked together, the worry is a slightly higher chance of a seizure or jitteriness. To be honest, this is theoretical and based only on animal data, so it's not a strong warning. Still, since you're already on an antibiotic for an infection, it's worth running this supplement past your doctor or pharmacist first.
