Nintedanib Esylate falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Rauwolscine interacts with.

Theoretically, rauwolscine may have antiplatelet effects and may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Rauwolscine is structurally related to yohimbine. In vitro research shows that yohimbine inhibits platelet aggregation.

Here's the gist: Ofev (nintedanib) can already raise your risk of bleeding on its own, and it's often used in people who may also be on a blood thinner. The concern with rauwolscine is that, in lab studies, its close cousin yohimbine kept platelets from clumping together the way they normally do to form clots. So in theory, stacking rauwolscine on top of nintedanib could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. This is theoretical, based on test-tube data, not real patients taking the two together. Still, watch for things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or blood in your stool. Since fat-burner and pre-workout products also stress your heart, please run this by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

Rauwolscine (alpha-yohimbine) is a stimulant alkaloid closely related to yohimbine that is marketed mainly in fat-burning and pre-workout supplements. Human evidence for its benefits is very limited, and it can raise heart rate and blood pressure and cause anxiety, so it should be used with caution and is not recommended for people with heart conditions, anxiety, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

What Is Nintedanib Used For?

Brand name: Ofev

Nintedanib capsules are approved for adults with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) — a chronic, progressive scarring of the lungs — and for adults with chronic fibrosing interstitial lung diseases (ILDs) with a progressive phenotype, meaning fibrosing lung diseases that continue to worsen over time despite treatment.

Nintedanib capsules (including Ofev) are also indicated to slow the rate of decline in lung function in adults with systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease (SSc-ILD), a lung complication of the autoimmune condition systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). Note that the Nintedanib esylate capsule product is approved for IPF and chronic fibrosing ILDs with a progressive phenotype, but SSc-ILD approval is carried by Ofev and other nintedanib capsule products — always confirm with your prescriber which product you have been prescribed.
