Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTIDIABETES DRUGS
Why this applies to Repaglinide
Repaglinide falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Reishi Mushroom interacts with.
Animal research suggests that reishi mushroom decreases blood sugar. However, in patients with type 2 diabetes, taking reishi mushroom does not reduce fasting glucose levels, and its effects on glycated hemoglobin are inconsistent.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist: repaglinide already works by nudging your pancreas to release more insulin, which brings your blood sugar down. The concern with reishi is simply additive, meaning if reishi also lowers blood sugar a little, the two together could in theory push your levels lower than you intend. That might show up as shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or feeling unusually hungry, the classic signs of low blood sugar.
That said, I'd keep this in perspective. The blood-sugar-lowering effect of reishi mostly comes from lab and animal studies, and in actual people with type 2 diabetes it hasn't reliably lowered glucose. So this is more theoretical than proven. If you do try reishi, check your sugars a bit more closely and let your doctor or pharmacist know first.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Repaglinide page
“Repaglinide (Prandin, GlucoNorm) is taken right before meals to drop blood sugar quickly, and that speed is exactly why this list deserves real respect. Nearly everything on it also acts on blood sugar, usually pushing it lower still and raising the odds of a hypoglycemic crash, though a handful, niacin among them, pull the other way a…”

Reishi is a traditional Asian mushroom widely used to support the immune system and overall wellness.
