Ezetimibe, Atorvastatin falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Schizonepeta interacts with.

Animal research suggests that schizonepetin, a monoterpene constituent of schizonepeta, induces cytochrome P450 (CYP) 3A4. Theoretically, schizonepeta might decrease the effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
Some substrates of CYP3A4 include lovastatin (Mevacor), ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), fexofenadine (Allegra), triazolam (Halcion), and numerous others.

Your combo pill pairs atorvastatin with ezetimibe. The atorvastatin part is handled by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. There's a theory that Schizonepeta may speed that enzyme up (induce it), which could clear atorvastatin a little faster and make it slightly less effective at lowering your cholesterol. The ezetimibe side works differently and isn't really affected by this.

Here's the key thing: this idea comes only from animal and lab studies, not from people, so it's far from proven. Everyday culinary or short-term traditional use is unlikely to throw off your numbers. Still, don't change anything on your own. If you want to take Schizonepeta regularly, give your pharmacist or doctor a heads-up so they can keep an eye on your cholesterol levels.
