Schizonepeta + Naloxone, Pentazocine
Naloxone, Pentazocine brand name: Talwin Nx.
Schizonepeta has a moderate interaction with Naloxone, Pentazocine. Animal research suggests that schizonepetin, a monoterpene constituent of schizonepeta, inhibits cytochrome P450 (CYP) 1A2.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Naloxone, Pentazocine
Naloxone, Pentazocine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Schizonepeta interacts with.
Some substrates of CYP1A2 include clozapine (Clozaril), cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril), fluvoxamine (Luvox), haloperidol (Haldol), imipramine (Tofranil), mexiletine (Mexitil), olanzapine (Zyprexa), pentazocine (Talwin), propranolol (Inderal), tacrine (Cognex), theophylline, zileuton (Zyflo), zolmitriptan (Zomig), and others.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist for Talwin Nx. The pentazocine part is a pain reliever that your liver clears in part through an enzyme called CYP1A2. Schizonepeta, based only on lab and animal studies, appears to slow that same enzyme down. In theory, if pentazocine is cleared more slowly, more of it could linger in your body, nudging up both its effects and its side effects. With pentazocine that might mean more drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, or, rarely, confusion or unusual mood changes.
I want to be straight with you though: this is theoretical and hasn't been shown in real people, so it's not a reason to panic. Still, since pentazocine already affects alertness, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially with concentrated supplement doses.
