Esterified Estrogens falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Sulforaphane interacts with.

Theoretically, sulforaphane might increase the levels and effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
Animal and in vitro research shows that sulforaphane inhibits CYP3A4 enzyme activity and downregulates its expression. This interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for Menest or Estratab: your liver uses an enzyme called CYP3A4 to help clear estrogen out of your body. In lab and animal studies, sulforaphane (the broccoli compound) appears to slow that enzyme down. If that same thing happened in people, estrogen could hang around a bit longer and its effects could feel stronger. That might show up as breast tenderness, bloating, nausea, headaches, or spotting.

The important part is that this is only theoretical. It has not been seen in humans, and normal amounts of broccoli or other cruciferous veggies are very unlikely to matter. A concentrated sulforaphane supplement is the real question mark, so check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding one.
