Anacaulase-bcdb falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Terminalia interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of Terminalia arjuna with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs may increase the risk of bleeding in some patients.
In vitro, Terminalia arjuna bark extract inhibits platelet aggregation, decreases platelet activation, and shows antithrombotic properties.

Here's the quick picture. Anacaulase-bcdb (NexoBrid) is an enzyme gel that doctors apply directly to severe burns to dissolve away dead, burned tissue. It isn't swallowed, and it works right at the wound surface, so it isn't really clearing the same way an oral blood thinner would. The concern grouping it with anticoagulants is mostly about bleeding, since clearing burned tissue can expose raw skin that may ooze.

Now, the Terminalia part. In lab dishes (not in people), Terminalia arjuna has slowed platelet clumping, which could in theory nudge bleeding risk a bit higher. This is weak, theoretical evidence, so I wouldn't panic. Still, because a NexoBrid treatment already involves an open wound, it's worth telling your burn team and pharmacist you're taking Terminalia before treatment.
