Anisindione falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Terminalia interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of Terminalia arjuna with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs may increase the risk of bleeding in some patients.
In vitro, Terminalia arjuna bark extract inhibits platelet aggregation, decreases platelet activation, and shows antithrombotic properties.

Here's the simple version: Anisindione (Miradon) is a blood thinner, and Terminalia (especially arjuna bark) may have a mild blood-thinning effect of its own. In lab studies, Terminalia made platelets less likely to clump together. If you stack that on top of Anisindione, the concern is that your blood could get too thin, which means a higher chance of bleeding, such as easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or blood in your urine or stool.

I want to be honest with you though: this is based on lab and animal work, not real patients, so it's more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. Still, because Anisindione is a finicky drug where small shifts matter, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
