HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Acetaminophen, Aspirin
Acetaminophen, Aspirin falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the concern with mixing Testolone (RAD-140) and a product like Gemnisyn, which combines acetaminophen and aspirin. Both can be hard on your liver. Testolone has been tied to real liver injury, including a case report of a man who developed liver damage and frequent reports of rising liver enzymes in dose studies. Acetaminophen is also well known for stressing the liver, especially in higher amounts or with regular use.
Put them together and you may be stacking two liver hits on top of each other. Watch for warning signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, nausea, or unusual tiredness. Keep in mind Testolone isn't an approved supplement and carries real risks. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before combining these.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Acetaminophen, Aspirin page
“Acetaminophen with aspirin (Gemnisyn) is the kind of pain reliever people take without a second thought, which is exactly why its interaction list deserves genuine care. More than 200 of the 321 ingredients on file thin the blood in some way, and layered on top of aspirin that means a higher chance of bleeding, especially in the stomach.”
