Alogliptin, Pioglitazone falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive hepatotoxic effects.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.

Here's the main concern with combining Testolone (RAD-140) and Oseni, which contains alogliptin and pioglitazone. This isn't about one drug changing how the other is broken down. Instead, it's about adding up stress on your liver. Testolone has been tied to liver injury in case reports and raised liver enzymes in early studies, and the pioglitazone part of Oseni can rarely affect the liver too. Stacking two things that can each be hard on the liver may raise your overall risk.

Keep in mind this is largely theoretical and based on limited reports, so don't panic. Still, Testolone is an unapproved, illegal SARM I'd steer clear of entirely. Watch for yellowing skin, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness, and please check in with your doctor or pharmacist.
