Amphotericin, Tetracycline falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Thuja interacts with.

Thuja products can contains significant amounts of thujone, a neurotoxin. Theoretically, patients taking drugs that lower the seizure threshold might be at greater risk of seizure if they also take thuja. Advise patients taking these drugs to avoid thuja products. Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the simple version. Thuja can contain thujone, a compound that, in concentrated amounts, may make the brain a little more prone to seizures. Certain antibiotics, including amphotericin and to a smaller degree tetracycline, are known to nudge the seizure threshold lower too. The worry is that stacking these together could, in theory, add up and raise seizure risk in someone who is already vulnerable.

I want to be honest about the evidence here: this is based on anecdotal reports and the known toxicity of thujone, not strong studies. For most people it's a low, mostly theoretical concern. Still, since thuja offers little proven benefit and the oil can be toxic, I'd skip thuja supplements while you're on these antibiotics. Please run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
