Belladonna, Caffeine, Ergotamine, Pentobarbital falls under ANTICONVULSANTS — the group Thuja interacts with.

Thuja products can contain thujone, which might lower the seizure threshold. Theoretically, this could decrease the effectiveness of anticonvulsants drugs.

This combination product (Micomp PB) contains pentobarbital, a barbiturate that calms the nervous system and can act as an anticonvulsant. Here's the concern with Thuja: it contains a compound called thujone, especially in the concentrated leaf or oil, which in theory can make the brain more prone to seizures. If thujone nudges your seizure threshold lower, it could work against the calming, seizure-protecting role of the pentobarbital piece of this medication.

I want to be honest about how shaky this evidence is. It's theoretical and based mostly on lab thinking, not strong human studies. Still, if you take this medicine for seizure control or for migraine prevention, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding any Thuja product. Please don't change your medication on your own.

Solid human evidence for these uses is very limited, and the undiluted oil contains thujone, which can be toxic.
