Sirolimus (albumin bound) falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Thuja interacts with.

Thuja might stimulate immune function. Theoretically, taking thuja might decrease the effects of immunosuppressive therapy. Immunosuppressant drugs include azathioprine (Imuran), basiliximab (Simulect), cyclosporine (Neoral, Sandimmune), daclizumab (Zenapax), muromonab-CD3 (OKT3, Orthoclone OKT3), mycophenolate (CellCept), tacrolimus (FK506, Prograf), sirolimus (Rapamune), prednisone (Deltasone, Orasone), and other corticosteroids (glucocorticoids).

Here's the thinking behind this pairing. Sirolimus (the albumin-bound form sold as Fyarro) works partly by quieting down cell signals that drive tumor growth, and it also dampens the immune system. Thuja, on the other hand, has lab-based hints that it may stimulate immune activity. So in theory, taking thuja could work against what your sirolimus is trying to do, potentially making it less effective for your cancer treatment.

I want to stress this is theoretical, based on how these two might behave, not on solid human studies. Still, with a serious medication like this one, I wouldn't want to take chances. Please loop in your oncologist or pharmacist before adding thuja so they can weigh in on your specific situation.
