Acetaminophen, Aspirin, Caffeine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Thunder God Vine interacts with.
In vitro research shows that triptolide, a constituent of thunder god vine, inhibits CYP1A2 enzymes in human microsomes. This interaction has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist with a combo product like Excedrin (acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine): the caffeine piece is the one to watch. Your liver clears caffeine mainly through an enzyme called CYP1A2. In test-tube studies, a compound in Thunder God Vine (triptolide) appears to slow that enzyme down. If that happened in your body, caffeine could linger longer and build up, leaving you feeling jittery, anxious, sped-up, or unable to sleep, with a faster heartbeat.
That said, this is only a theory based on lab research, not something actually seen in people. The acetaminophen and aspirin parts aren't really affected here. Thunder God Vine is potent and needs medical supervision anyway, so please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

Let me put this one in perspective. Lab studies suggest one compound in Thunder God Vine (triptolide) can slow down a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In theory, that could let drugs cleared by that enzyme build up a bit. With Excedrin, the caffeine portion is partly handled by these pathways, so you could in principle feel more of caffeine's effects, like jitteriness, a faster heartbeat, or trouble sleeping.
Here's the honest part: this is a theoretical concern from test-tube work only, and it has not been reported in real people. The bigger reason to be careful is that Thunder God Vine itself can be toxic if dosed wrong. Since it should only be used under supervision anyway, please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before combining the two.
