Acetaminophen, Butalbital, Codeine Phosphate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Thunder God Vine interacts with.

Theoretically, thunder god vine might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research shows that triptolide, a constituent of thunder god vine, inhibits CYP1A2 enzymes in human microsomes. This interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for your Phrenilin with Codeine. Thunder God Vine may block a liver enzyme called CYP1A2, and in theory that could slow how your body handles certain medicines that depend on it. If the acetaminophen or butalbital part clears more slowly, the levels could creep up a bit, which might mean more drowsiness, grogginess, or extra strain on the liver from acetaminophen.

I want to be honest though: this is only a theoretical concern from lab dish studies, and it has never actually been reported in people. The codeine piece runs through a different pathway, so that part shouldn't be affected here. Still, since Thunder God Vine can be toxic on its own, please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.
