Acetaminophen, Pamabrom, Pyrilamine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Thunder God Vine interacts with.

Theoretically, thunder god vine might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research shows that triptolide, a constituent of thunder god vine, inhibits CYP1A2 enzymes in human microsomes. This interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist with this combo. Products like Midol or Pamprin combine acetaminophen (for pain), pamabrom (a mild water pill), and pyrilamine (an antihistamine). Thunder God Vine contains a compound called triptolide that, in lab dish studies, slowed down a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. If that same effect happened in people, these medicines could clear a bit more slowly and build up, which might mean more drowsiness or grogginess from the pyrilamine, or a touch more strain on the liver from acetaminophen.

I'll be honest with you though, this is theoretical. It's only been seen in test tubes, never reported in real patients. Still, since Thunder God Vine can be toxic on its own, please loop in your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
