Hydrochlorothiazide, Propranolol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Thunder God Vine interacts with.

Theoretically, thunder god vine might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research shows that triptolide, a constituent of thunder god vine, inhibits CYP1A2 enzymes in human microsomes. This interaction has not been reported in humans.

Your combo pill (Inderide) contains propranolol, a beta-blocker that the liver partly clears using an enzyme called CYP1A2. Thunder God Vine has a compound (triptolide) that, in lab dishes, seems to slow that same enzyme down. If that happened in your body, propranolol could build up a bit, which might make its effects stronger: a slower heart rate, lower blood pressure, tiredness, dizziness, or feeling lightheaded when you stand up. The hydrochlorothiazide (water pill) part isn't really the concern here.

Here's the honest part: this is only a theoretical worry from test-tube research, and it hasn't actually been seen in people. Still, since Thunder God Vine itself can be risky, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
