Lesinurad, Allopurinol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Tree Turmeric interacts with.

Theoretically, tree turmeric might increase the levels and clinical effects of drugs metabolized by CYP2C9.
Preliminary clinical evidence suggests that berberine, a constituent of tree turmeric, can inhibit CYP2C9.

Here's the gist with Duzallo, which combines lesinurad and allopurinol for gout. The lesinurad part is handled in your body partly by an enzyme called CYP2C9. Berberine, the active piece of tree turmeric, may slow that enzyme down. In theory that could let lesinurad linger a bit longer than usual, which is worth watching because lesinurad already carries a kidney warning, especially if you're not drinking enough fluids.

I want to be honest though: this is based mostly on early, lower-quality evidence, so it's more of a caution than a sure thing. Please don't change anything on your own. A quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor is the safest way to decide if tree turmeric fits with your gout treatment.
