Evidence for Intended Use · database check
By FDA rules, dietary supplements can’t claim to treat, cure, or prevent disease — so labels speak in careful marketing language. We discern each product’s intended use from its name, label claims, and label statements, then grade the clinical evidence for that use. How these ratings are computed
Not assessable

We hold no graded evidence for this product's ingredients for its stated purpose.

Why this rating?
  • The label markets this product for: immune health support.
  • We looked for evidence on: Immune function, Immunity, Immunodeficiency, Immune system support.
  • Our graded evidence for these ingredients doesn't cover that particular purpose.

Our data rates agaricus mushroom as having insufficient reliable evidence for allergic rhinitis (hay fever), osteoporosis, cancer, cardiovascular disease, chemotherapy-induced adverse effects, and Crohn disease. That means the research we hold is not strong enough to say whether it helps with any of these.

In other words, we cannot say whether this extract works for any particular purpose. Talk with your own doctor about whether it makes sense for your situation.
