| Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- Use for a ketone boost, as needed. To decrease risk of GI upset, begin with a one (1) milliliter serving and increase dose gradually with use until you reach a 10ml serving (or your desired serving size based on your desired effects). Mix with an ounce or two of a suitable liquid, based on preference.

Warning: GI Distress is likely with higher dosing. To decrease chances of GI distress follow instructions closely, starting with a very small dose. Additionally, this product should be diluted for use. Taking this product on its own increases risk of GI distress.
