What’s inside
Full disclosure
This product contains one active ingredient: CBD oil derived from hemp. The liquid form delivers the full spectrum of cannabinoids and other compounds from the plant at a 600 mg dose per serving.
There are no other active ingredients and no inactive fillers or binding agents listed.
Does it work?
Couldn't assess
The evidence we hold doesn't establish whether CBD oil works for the conditions it's commonly used for. We don't have reliable data to rate its effectiveness for constipation, atopic dermatitis (eczema), or familial hypercholesterolemia (an inherited cholesterol disorder).
If you're considering it for a specific health goal, talk with your doctor about what the current evidence shows and whether it's a reasonable choice for you.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Hemp seed foods are generally well tolerated in normal amounts. However, concentrated extracts and supplements like this one are less studied, so caution is advised — particularly since you're getting a higher dose than you'd get from eating hemp seeds.
Serious side effects are rare but have been reported: allergic reactions (including anaphylaxis, hives, and facial swelling) and a few cases of heart rhythm problems or liver enzyme elevations in children given very high doses. Most people using hemp products at standard doses tolerate them without trouble, but if you have a known allergy to hemp or develop breathing trouble, facial swelling, or hives after starting, stop and seek medical attention right away.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Before you take this product, check with your doctor or pharmacist if you're on estrogen-based hormone therapy (Moderate interaction risk), antihypertensive drugs for blood pressure control, ACE inhibitors, blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs like warfarin or aspirin, or medications processed by your liver's CYP1A2 or CYP3A4 enzymes — including some statins, beta-blockers, and other common drugs. Altogether, these interactions span 939 individual medications.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with no assessable stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
This CBD oil product may be worth considering if you're exploring hemp-based supplements, but concentrated extracts are less studied than hemp foods. It does interact with hormone therapy, blood pressure medications, blood thinners, and certain drugs your liver processes — so check your exact medications with your doctor or pharmacist before you start.
If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any chronic health conditions or allergies, talk it over with your healthcare provider first.

HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Remedys Nutrition Full Spectrum CBD Oil 600 mg interacts with several medication types through its CBD oil (hemp) content.
The most serious documented interaction is Moderate severity: hemp may interfere with estrogen-based hormone therapies, potentially altering how your body handles them — though the exact mechanism isn't fully understood and the evidence comes from animal studies.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Minor interactions are documented with blood pressure medications (antihypertensives and ACE inhibitors), where hemp seed protein has shown blood-pressure-lowering effects in animal models that could add to your medication's effect and lower your pressure too far. Blood thinners and antiplatelet drugs (like warfarin or aspirin) carry a Minor risk: animal research suggests hemp seed can reduce platelet clumping, though human studies at typical doses haven't confirmed this effect.
Additionally, hemp may speed up how your liver processes certain medications — specifically drugs metabolized by CYP1A2 and CYP3A4 enzymes — potentially making them less effective.
Although we've documented interactions with these medication types, we can't see your exact prescriptions here. Check your specific medications with the search tool on this page before you start, and talk with your doctor or pharmacist about whether this product is right for you.

CBD Oil
Estrogens
Theoretically, hemp might interfere with hormone therapy due to its estrogenic effects.
In an ovariectomized animal model, a diet containing hemp seed 1%, 2%, or 10% resulted in normalized plasma levels of 17-beta-estradiol. The mechanism of action for this effect is unclear.
Ace Inhibitors (Aceis)
Theoretically, consuming hemp seed protein isolate with ACE inhibitors might have additive effects and increase the risk of hypotension.
Hemp seed protein hydrolysate has shown ACE inhibitor-like effects in a hypertensive animal model. However, hempseed oil consumption does not seem to reduce blood pressure in humans. Until more is known, monitor blood pressure and potassium levels.
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, hemp seed might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.
In animal research, hemp seed at 5% of the diet inhibits platelet aggregation in vitro. However, in human research, taking hemp seed oil 2 grams daily for 12 weeks does not inhibit the aggregation of platelets in vitro.
Antihypertensive Drugs
Theoretically, hemp seed protein may have additive effects with antihypertensive drugs.
In a hypertensive animal model, hemp seed protein hydrolysate reduced systolic blood pressure by a mechanism possibly involving the inhibition of renin and angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) activities. However, there was no effect of hemp seed protein on blood pressure in normotensive animals. Furthermore, hempseed oil consumption does not seem to reduce blood pressure in humans.
Cytochrome P450 1A2 (Cyp1A2) Substrates
Theoretically, hemp might decrease the levels and clinical effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research shows that hemp induces CYP1A2 enzymes.
Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates
Theoretically, hemp might decrease the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that hemp induces CYP3A4 enzymes.
