InflammaForce Ingredients & Drug Interactions
by Energetix
What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking InflammaForce against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.
Around that, we add a pharmacist’s high-level view of the product as a whole — what’s inside, the evidence for its stated use, how transparent the label is, and what safety data exists — so you can see the full picture in one place. It’s educational information from our licensed clinical databases and the clinical staff at HelloPharmacist — not medical advice — and we don’t sell or endorse products. Our editorial policy

Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Full disclosure
InflammaForce contains 3 active ingredients. Serrapeptase is an enzyme with fibrin-breaking properties.
Pancreatin 8X is a pancreatic enzyme blend that supports digestion. Indian frankincense (Boswellia serrata) is a plant resin traditionally used for inflammation and joint support.
The capsules also contain vegetarian capsule material, rice starch, and silica as inactive ingredients.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
For serrapeptase, the evidence we hold rates it insufficient to be reliable for chronic bronchitis, asthma, atherosclerosis, back pain, and osteoporosis. For Indian frankincense, the data we hold rates it possibly effective for osteoarthritis, but insufficient reliable evidence for hay fever, Alzheimer disease, asthma, and cluster headache.
We hold no effectiveness data for pancreatin 8X.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Serrapeptase is generally well tolerated in the short term, though long-term safety isn't well studied. The most common side effects are stomach pain, nausea, and upset stomach — though studies show these occur at the same rate as placebo.
A rare serious effect is bullous pemphigoid (a blistering skin condition). Indian frankincense is also generally well tolerated short-term, but quality and dose vary widely between products.
Common side effects include abdominal pain, diarrhea, headache, heartburn, nausea, and itching; dizziness and vertigo have also been reported in some clinical trials. Rarely, large amounts may cause bezoar formation (an intestinal mass).
For pregnancy, the safety data advises against serrapeptase — not enough data to know it's safe. The same applies to Indian frankincense while breastfeeding.
Indian frankincense is rated likely safe in pregnancy, but serrapeptase is not, so talk with your doctor before taking this product if you're pregnant or nursing.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Check with your doctor or pharmacist before taking this if you're on blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs (such as warfarin, aspirin, or clopidogrel), since serrapeptase may raise bleeding risk. Also flag any medications your liver metabolizes heavily — including many antidepressants, heart and blood pressure drugs, certain antihistamines, and immunosuppressants — because Indian frankincense may raise their levels.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with some supporting evidence for its stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
InflammaForce may be worth considering if you're looking for enzyme and herbal support for inflammation, but the interactions are serious — especially if you take blood thinners or medications broken down by liver enzymes. Before you start, have your doctor or pharmacist review your exact medications against this product.

InflammaForce by Energetix Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
InflammaForce by Energetix interacts with medications through its serrapeptase and Indian frankincense (Boswellia serrata) content.
The most serious finding is a Moderate-severity risk: serrapeptase may increase bruising and bleeding when combined with blood thinners and antiplatelet drugs (such as warfarin, aspirin, or clopidogrel) because it has fibrin-breaking activity.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Indian frankincense poses additional Moderate-severity concerns. It may raise blood levels of several types of medications by inhibiting liver enzymes that break them down: drugs metabolized by CYP2D6, CYP2C19, CYP1A2, CYP2C9, and CYP3A4 substrates.
Examples include some antidepressants, beta-blockers, certain antihistamines, warfarin, and many others. It may also interfere with immunosuppressant drugs used after organ transplant or for autoimmune conditions.
We could not check pancreatin 8X — we hold no interaction data for it. Altogether, these interactions span 1,012 individual medications.
Before you start InflammaForce, run your exact prescriptions through the medication checker on this page.

In vitro research shows that Boswellia serrata gum resin inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes. Other in vitro research shows that Boswellia serrata extract inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes at most concentrations, although it may modestly induce enzyme activity at low concentrations.
Immunosuppressants
Theoretically, Boswellia serrata might alter the effects of immunosuppressive drugs.
Some in vitro research suggests that Boswellia serrata extracts might inhibit mediators of autoimmune disorders such as leukotrienes and reduce production of antibodies and cell-mediated immunity. However, other in vitro research suggests that, when coupled with calcium ions, boswellic acids containing the keto group have immunostimulant properties within specific cell signaling pathways.
Serrapeptase
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, taking serrapeptase with drugs that have antiplatelet or anticoagulant effects might increase the risk of bruising and bleeding.
In vitro research shows that serrapeptase has fibrinolytic activity.
