Aspirin, Butalbital falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Aconite interacts with.

Theoretically, combining aconite with other antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs might increase the risk of bruising and bleeding.
Higenamine, a constituent of aconite, is thought to have antiplatelet and antithrombotic effects. In an animal model of thrombosis, higenamine inhibited platelet aggregation and reduced the size of thrombus formation.

Axotal pairs aspirin with butalbital, and it's the aspirin part that matters here. Aspirin already keeps your platelets from clumping together, which is why people bruise more easily or bleed a bit longer on it. Aconite contains a compound called higenamine that, at least in lab and animal studies, also seems to slow platelet activity. Stack the two and, in theory, you could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.

I want to be honest about the evidence: this is based only on animal and test-tube work, so it's more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. The bigger concern is that raw aconite is genuinely poisonous on its own. Please don't use any aconite product without checking with your pharmacist or doctor first.
