Aspirin, Ethoheptazine, Meprobamate falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Aconite interacts with.

Theoretically, combining aconite with other antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs might increase the risk of bruising and bleeding.
Higenamine, a constituent of aconite, is thought to have antiplatelet and antithrombotic effects. In an animal model of thrombosis, higenamine inhibited platelet aggregation and reduced the size of thrombus formation.

Equagesic combines three medicines, and the one that matters most here is the aspirin, which already thins your blood a bit by keeping platelets from clumping together. Aconite contains a compound called higenamine that, at least in lab and animal studies, seems to do something similar. Stacking the two could, in theory, add up and make bleeding or bruising easier.

In real life this might show up as easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a cut that takes longer to stop. To be honest, this is a theoretical concern based on weak evidence, not strong human studies. Even so, aconite carries its own serious safety risks, so I'd skip it and run any combo past your pharmacist or doctor first.
