Aspirin, Methocarbamol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Aconite interacts with.

Theoretically, combining aconite with other antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs might increase the risk of bruising and bleeding.
Higenamine, a constituent of aconite, is thought to have antiplatelet and antithrombotic effects. In an animal model of thrombosis, higenamine inhibited platelet aggregation and reduced the size of thrombus formation.

The Robaxisal you're asking about pairs aspirin, a blood thinner that keeps platelets from clumping, with methocarbamol, a muscle relaxant. The piece that matters here is the aspirin. A compound in aconite called higenamine appears to have its own mild blood-thinning, anti-clotting action in lab and animal studies, so stacking it on top of aspirin could, in theory, push your bleeding risk a little higher. That might show up as easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or stomach upset.

Keep in mind this is theoretical and based only on animal data, not on people. Honestly, aconite itself is poisonous and best avoided altogether. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining anything with this medicine.
