Here's the simple version: perindopril (Aceon) already lowers your blood pressure by relaxing your blood vessels. Agmatine, mostly in animal studies, seems to nudge blood pressure and heart rate down a little too. Stack the two and there's a theoretical chance your pressure dips lower than you want.

If that happened, you might feel lightheaded, dizzy, tired, or a bit woozy when you stand up quickly. To be clear, this is based on lab and animal research, not solid human trials, so the real-world risk is uncertain and probably small for most people. Still, since perindopril is a real blood pressure medicine, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding agmatine, especially if your pressure already runs low.

What Is Perindopril Used For?

Perindopril Erbumine tablets are used to treat essential hypertension (high blood pressure). They can be used alone or combined with other blood pressure medicines, particularly thiazide diuretics.

Perindopril Erbumine tablets are also used in adults with stable coronary artery disease to lower the risk of dying from a cardiovascular cause or having a nonfatal heart attack. They can be used alongside other standard coronary artery disease treatments such as antiplatelet, blood pressure, or cholesterol-lowering therapy.
