Simvastatin, Sitagliptin falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Agrimony interacts with.

Juvisync is a combo pill: simvastatin lowers cholesterol, and sitagliptin helps control blood sugar in type 2 diabetes. The part to watch here is the sitagliptin side. In animal studies, agrimony has shown a mild blood-sugar-lowering effect. So in theory, pairing it with a diabetes medicine like sitagliptin could push your sugar a little lower than expected, raising the chance of a hypoglycemia episode (shakiness, sweating, dizziness, confusion).

Keep in mind this is theoretical, based on animal data, not strong human studies, so the real risk is likely small. The simvastatin part isn't the concern with this interaction. If you do try agrimony, it's smart to check your sugar a bit more closely at first and run it by your pharmacist or doctor.
