Vincristine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Beta-methylphenethylamine (bmpea) interacts with.

Theoretically, BMPEA might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA inhibits CYP3A4 by up to 37%.

Here's the idea behind this one. Vincristine is cleared from your body largely by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In lab (test tube) studies, BMPEA appears to slow that enzyme down a bit, by up to about a third. If that holds true in people, vincristine could clear more slowly and build up, which may make its side effects stronger. With vincristine, that usually means more nerve-related problems like tingling, numbness, muscle weakness, constipation, and belly pain, plus deeper drops in blood counts.

I'll be honest though, this is theoretical and based only on lab data, not real patients. Still, vincristine is potent chemotherapy, so I wouldn't pair it with an unregulated stimulant like BMPEA. Please run this by your oncology team before using any such supplement.

Vincristine Sulfate Injection is approved to treat acute leukemia. It is also used as part of combination chemotherapy regimens for Hodgkin's disease, non-Hodgkin's malignant lymphomas, rhabdomyosarcoma (a soft-tissue cancer), neuroblastoma (a cancer of nerve tissue), and Wilms' tumor (a kidney cancer in children).

Because it works best alongside other cancer medicines, vincristine is almost always given as part of a multi-drug treatment plan rather than on its own.
