Aspirin, Caffeine, Hydrocodone falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Bitter Orange interacts with.

Bitter orange might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
Small clinical studies suggest that single or multiple doses of freshly squeezed bitter orange juice 200-240 mL can inhibit CYP3A4 metabolism of drugs, causing increased drug levels and potentially increasing the risk of adverse effects. However, the extent of the effect of bitter orange on CYP3A4-mediated drug interactions is unknown. Some evidence suggests that bitter orange selectively inhibits intestinal CYP3A4, but not hepatic CYP3A4. Its effect on P-glycoprotein, which strongly overlaps with CYP3A4 interactions, is unclear. One small clinical study shows that drinking 8 ounces of freshly squeezed bitter orange juice has no effect on cyclosporine, which seems to be more dependent on hepatic CYP3A4 and P-glycoprotein than intestinal CYP3A4.

This combo pill pairs hydrocodone (a narcotic pain reliever) with aspirin and caffeine. The part that matters here is the hydrocodone, which your liver and gut process partly through an enzyme called CYP3A4. Bitter orange (the synephrine kind found in weight-loss and energy supplements) may block some of that enzyme, mostly in the gut. If clearance slows, a little more hydrocodone could linger in your system.

In plain terms, you might feel more of the opioid effects: extra drowsiness, dizziness, slowed breathing, or constipation. The evidence is fairly limited and based on bitter orange juice, not always pills, so the real-world impact is uncertain. Bitter orange also raises heart rate and blood pressure, which adds to the caffeine. Please run this past your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.

Here's the thing to watch with Damason-P: it already has caffeine in it, which is a stimulant. Bitter orange contains synephrine, another mild stimulant that can nudge up your heart rate and blood pressure. Stack the two together and those effects can add up, so you might notice a racing or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, or higher blood pressure. This is a moderate, possible concern, and the evidence is on the weaker side, so it isn't a sure thing.

The aspirin and hydrocodone parts aren't really the issue here, it's the caffeine teaming up with the synephrine. If you have heart trouble or high blood pressure, that combination matters more. I'd run it by your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them, especially with any other energy or weight-loss supplements.

This combo product (Damason-P) pairs aspirin and caffeine with hydrocodone for pain. The piece that matters here is hydrocodone, which your body partly turns into a stronger painkiller using a liver enzyme called CYP2D6. Bitter orange contains a compound (octopamine) that, in a test tube, weakly slowed that same enzyme. If that happened in a person, it could shift how much active drug you make, which might affect pain relief or sedation.

Honestly, this is only theoretical and based on lab data, not real people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. The bigger practical concern is caffeine plus bitter orange's stimulant effect, which can add up and raise heart rate or blood pressure.
