Naproxen, Pseudoephedrine falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Borage interacts with.

Theoretically, borage seed oil may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In healthy individuals, borage seed oil supplementation does not seem to affect platelet aggregation. However, gamma-linolenic acid, a constituent of borage seed oil, seems to decrease platelet aggregation by 45% and increase the risk of bleeding by 40% in animal and clinical research.

The piece of Aleve Cold and Sinus that matters here is the naproxen, an NSAID. Naproxen already nudges up your bleeding risk on its own because it makes platelets a little less sticky and can irritate the stomach lining. Borage seed oil's GLA may do something similar, gently lowering how well platelets clump together. Stack the two and you could, in theory, bruise more easily, bleed longer from a cut, or be more prone to stomach upset or a stomach bleed.

Keep in mind this is mostly theoretical and based on limited research, so it's a caution, not an alarm. The pseudoephedrine part isn't involved. If you take naproxen regularly or have ulcer or bleeding concerns, check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding borage.
