Bromfenac Sodium falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Burdock interacts with.

In vitro research shows that lignans from burdock reduce rabbit platelet aggregation by inhibiting platelet activating factor. This interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the practical side of this one. Bromfenac (Prolensa, Bromsite) is an NSAID eye drop you use after cataract surgery, and like other NSAIDs it can slightly nudge up bleeding risk. Burdock contains plant compounds called lignans that, in a lab dish, made platelets a little less sticky. Put together, the theory is that the two could add up and raise bleeding risk a touch.

That said, this is theoretical and only comes from test-tube and animal work, never reported in people. With an eye drop, very little drug reaches your bloodstream, so the real-world concern is small. Still, since you're healing from surgery, it's worth mentioning your burdock use to your eye surgeon or pharmacist just to be safe.
