Diclofenac epolamine falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Camphor interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of camphor with other hepatotoxic drugs might increase the risk of liver damage.
There have been a few case reports of transient elevations in liver enzymes in adults after oral or topical use of camphor. There has also been one case of hepatotoxicity in an infant after topical camphor use.

Here's the simple version: both camphor and diclofenac (the medicine in Flector and Licart patches) are processed by your liver, and either one can occasionally stress it. The worry is that using them together might add up and put a little more strain on your liver. I want to be straight with you though, this concern is mostly theoretical. We only have a handful of case reports where camphor caused a brief bump in liver enzymes, not solid proof that the pairing is dangerous.

With a diclofenac patch, most of the drug stays near the skin, so the amount reaching your liver is fairly low. Still, watch for signs like unusual tiredness, yellowing of the eyes or skin, dark urine, or pain in your upper right belly. If you notice any of those, or you use camphor often, check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
