Testosterone Undecanoate falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Camphor interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of camphor with other hepatotoxic drugs might increase the risk of liver damage.
There have been a few case reports of transient elevations in liver enzymes in adults after oral or topical use of camphor. There has also been one case of hepatotoxicity in an infant after topical camphor use.

Here's the simple version: oral testosterone undecanoate (like Jatenzo or Kyzatrex) is processed by your liver and can, in some people, nudge liver enzymes upward. Camphor has its own small track record of doing the same thing. There are only a handful of case reports where camphor (taken by mouth or rubbed on the skin) caused short-lived bumps in liver enzymes. So the worry here is that two things that can each stress the liver might add up.

To be honest, this is a theoretical concern based on how each works, not a proven, common problem. Topical camphor in normal amounts is unlikely to matter much, and camphor should never be swallowed regardless. Watch for yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, or belly pain, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

About Testosterone Injection

What Is Testosterone Injection Used For?

Brand names: Andriol, Aveed, Jatenzo, Kyzatrex

Testosterone injection is primarily used in men whose bodies do not produce enough testosterone on their own — a condition called hypogonadism. This includes primary hypogonadism (a problem with the testicles themselves, such as from injury, infection, or surgery) and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (caused by problems in the brain's hormone signaling from the hypothalamus or pituitary gland). It is also used to stimulate puberty in carefully selected adolescent males with clearly delayed puberty who have not responded to other support.

Testosterone Enanthate Injection is also approved for use in women with advanced, inoperable metastatic breast cancer (specifically skeletal metastases) who are one to five years past menopause, or in premenopausal women with hormone-responsive breast cancer who have had their ovaries removed. This use should be directed by an oncologist. Aveed (testosterone undecanoate) is specifically approved for male hypogonadism only.
