Theoretically, cannabidiol might have additive effects if used with other CNS depressants.
Preliminary clinical research, case reports, and animal studies suggest that high dose cannabidiol has sedative and hypnotic effects. Theoretically, concomitant use of cannabidiol with drugs with sedative and anesthetic properties may cause additive therapeutic and adverse effects.

Deprol combines meprobamate, a sedating anti-anxiety medicine, with benactyzine. Meprobamate already slows down the brain and can leave you feeling drowsy, relaxed, or a little foggy. The concern here is simple overlap: CBD, especially at higher supplement doses, may have its own calming, sleep-promoting effect. Stack the two and those effects can add up.

In real life, that might mean more drowsiness, dizziness, slowed thinking, or trouble concentrating, which matters most when driving or doing anything that needs you alert. This is a theoretical interaction based mostly on how these compounds behave, not strong human studies, so don't panic. Still, before pairing CBD with Deprol, check in with your pharmacist or doctor first.

Cannabidiol might increase levels of certain glucuronidated drugs.
In vitro research shows that cannabidiol inhibits uridine diphosphoglucuronosyl transferase (UGT) 1A9 and UGT2B7, enzymes responsible for glucuronidation. Theoretically, this could decrease the clearance and increase levels of glucuronidated drugs.

Deprol combines meprobamate (a calming, sedative-type medicine) with benactyzine. Meprobamate is partly cleared from your body through a process called glucuronidation. CBD has been shown, mostly in lab dish studies, to slow down some of the enzymes (UGT1A9 and UGT2B7) that handle this step. In theory, that could let meprobamate hang around a bit longer and build up.

If that happened, you might feel more of meprobamate's usual effects, like extra drowsiness, dizziness, slurred speech, or feeling unsteady on your feet. I want to be honest though: this concern comes from lab research only, not from people, so it's far from certain. Still, since both CBD and meprobamate can be sedating on their own, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them.
