Belladonna, Phenobarbital falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2B6 (CYP2B6) SUBSTRATES — the group Cannabinol (cbn) interacts with.

Theoretically, cannabinol might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2B6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that cannabinol potently inhibits CYP2B6 enzymes. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for your Bellophen or Susano combo product. The phenobarbital part is a barbiturate that your liver clears in part through an enzyme called CYP2B6. In lab (test tube) studies, CBN appears to block that enzyme fairly strongly. If that held true in people, phenobarbital could clear more slowly and build up, which might mean more of its sedating effects like deep drowsiness, grogginess, dizziness, slowed breathing, and unsteadiness, especially since CBN itself is marketed for sleep. The belladonna piece can add dry mouth, blurry vision, and constipation on top.

The important caveat: this is only theoretical, based on lab work, and it has not actually been reported in humans. Still, with a sedative like this, I'd run it past your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
