Danaparoid falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Cnidium interacts with.

Laboratory research shows that osthol, a constituent of cnidium, inhibits blood clotting and the activity of platelets. Theoretically, cnidium might increase the risk of bleeding when used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
Some anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

Danaparoid (Orgaran) is an injectable blood thinner, so its whole job is to slow down clotting. Here's the concern: lab and animal studies suggest osthole, a compound in cnidium, can also reduce clotting and quiet down platelets. Stack that on top of danaparoid and you could, in theory, push the blood-thinning effect a little too far.

I want to be honest with you though, this is based only on test-tube and animal work, not on people, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. Still, if you notice easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or dark stools, that's worth a quick call. Please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before pairing cnidium with danaparoid.
