Diclofenac Sodium, Misoprostol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Cnidium interacts with.

Laboratory research shows that osthol, a constituent of cnidium, inhibits blood clotting and the activity of platelets. Theoretically, cnidium might increase the risk of bleeding when used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
Some anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

Here's the thing with Arthrotec, which combines diclofenac (an NSAID pain reliever) with misoprostol (added to protect your stomach). Diclofenac on its own already nudges up bleeding risk because it affects platelets and can irritate the stomach lining. Lab and animal studies suggest that osthole, a compound in cnidium, also slows clotting and dampens platelet activity. Stacked together, the theoretical concern is a bit more bleeding or bruising.

So in plain terms, you might be slightly more prone to things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach upset and bleeding. Keep in mind this is based on lab and animal research only, not strong human studies, so the real risk is uncertain. Still, with an NSAID I'd play it safe. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and don't change your medication on your own.
